Well its is a beautiful sunny day although it looks liek the rain is going to return...

I spent the morning with my twin sister and had a rather lovely day. I got soem photos printed at office works (over 400).. that will keep me busy that is all of 2007 and all of 2008... having them printed i feel i am almost up to date the scrappiing is fun and enjoyable...

When i came home, the hosue was empty so silent and peacefuol, I decided to sort my paper.. the million and one pieces of scrap paper i have... now it is organised into blues, yellows, oranges, pinks, blacks, browns, patterned, words... I have so much pink and purple it isn't funny pity i have two boys ... I didn't buy all the paper I was given a tonne from a friend of mine... Guess i will use the pinks and purples for my events in thefamily scrap book hehe...

Tonight I will spend the evening sorting the photos into months and days..fun becuase I love looking at the photos and thinking of how i will scrap the page...

Camera Bandits at it again!!!

Upon uploading of my camera that had pictures that involved birthdays, a Gold Coast trip and No.2's first day of school... I discovered that the dubious camera bandits have been at it again... meaning there were a few interesting photos that I did not take.. I think the type of pictures and their content point to two mischeivious boys....

It's Raining again!!! Love it..

Guess what? It is raining again. There is nothing like listening to the rain on the pool. It is like listening to a pot boil but only sweeter, higher pitch...


I have attempted to catch the rain drops using my camera, its nothing fancy just a a kodak digital camera. I have used two settings one for fireworks and one for sport. Can you guess which one was used for what?

It's official Ido have three kids, I have always wondered and today it was confoirmed, yet again.!!

Hubby and the boys have been out enjoy the rain, getting soaped up and sliding down the black plastic that was acquired last time it rained thsi heavy (about a month ago).

Another Year done!!!

Finally I can move on from 2006 ... Today i have done what i have struggled for the last year and a half to do.. Finished the family scrapbooking for 2006... Now i can move on to 2007.

It is wonderful to be able to look back and notice things that have happened that can only make you who you are.... There's when hubby attested ... the first quilt i made (see picture)... first time riding bikes with no training wheels (NO.1. not me)... birthdays... budding photographers running loose with the camera....

There is so much and it is wonderful in this day and age to have the technology that allows us to take as many photos and then cull... unlike in the past with film.... a bygone era now...

I have been cruising other Blogs and scrapping today.. love all the ideas and Blogs out there is always food for thought..

Blogging.. hmmm.. I have just rediscovered my blog after a friend of mine posted something on FB about her Blog... Having no time in the past to sit down and explore this... NOw i have the time uni is finished and my babies have gone off to 'big' school leaving me empty nested.

SO here you find me writing another dull blog thinking 'I wish I had a way with words' like my friend who writes awesome posts...

Anyway its Saturday my other half has taken the kids and gone off to help a fmaily member move and I am here CHilling on this drizzly rainy day covering school books and blogging..
